STOLE - A JUST WORLD FOR ALL
This “Paths of Justice” stole will invite your congregation to explore how they embody the church’s call to justice! Amos 5:24 and Proverbs 8:20 provide the scripture texts that resonate with persons of faith. On one side, the waters of justice roll down to form a nautical path for the ship of the church to sail upon; on the other, a multi-colored path leads both to a tree of justice and a scale, the traditional symbol for human justice. Multiple natural symbols speak of justice for all of God’s creation. Appropriate for use throughout the liturgical year, these images speak of justice embodied in both sacraments of the church, while portraying a beautiful understanding of “…a just world for all!”
Like all previous, In Stitches designed stoles this stole is created with A-grade cotton fabric, making the stole spot washable with dish washing detergent, or hand-washable in cold water with a mild laundry detergent. Stoles should not be put into the dryer, but "line-dried". Gently press with the lining side up for a crisper appearance. (Steam press from back side).
