Our Whole Lives (OWL) is a comprehensive, lifespan, age-appropriate sexuality education curriculum developed by the United Church of Christ and the Unitarian Universalist Association.

Sexuality and Our Faith are the faith companion books that accompany Our Whole Lives. By using these books, participants are encouraged to apply their religious values to issues related to sexuality

At each level, Our Whole Lives programs help participants make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual health and behavior. Grounded in a holistic view of sexuality, Our Whole Lives not only provides facts about anatomy and human development, but also helps participants clarify their values, build interpersonal skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of sexuality.
