ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Paul Nixon, an ordained United Methodist minister, was director of congregational development in the Alabama-West Florida Conference. Nixon coaches pastors and churches of many denominations across North America, with a special interest in new church development and multi-site congregations in urban areas. In 2007, he began a new challenge as the pastor of Epicenter in greater Washington, D.C. He received his D.Min. from Southern Methodist University and his M.Div. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
