Becoming the Transformative Church: Beyond Sacred Cows, Fantasies, and Fears offers concrete examples, from a systems perspective, as to how intentionality in leadership can transform that which seems to be concrete. Based on shared foundational theories, Becoming the Transformative Church, has the potential to empower your church to be the transformative entity God called it to be. Kay Collier McLaughlin brings to life church-wide discussions about the emergent church, attracting young people, financial survival, corporate structure, and other ongoing issues, while age-old behaviors and patterns continue to derail the progress of transforming the church.
